Application is the slowest part of Transform — and that is by design. Every member who joins has been read by a real human, examined for clinical fit, and matched to a phase that suits where their biology actually is, not where they hope it is. The membership is not for everyone, and it is not meant to be. We do not optimise for volume; we optimise for outcome.

Within forty-eight hours of submitting, you will hear back from a member of the clinical team. If the fit looks right, you will be invited to an interview — usually forty-five minutes, by video, with one of our physicians or senior coaches. We will ask about your training, your sleep, your relationships, your stress patterns, and the specific thing that pushed you to read this page in the first place. We are not assessing your physiology yet; we are assessing your readiness.

If both sides decide to proceed, your first quarter begins with a full clinical baseline: a sixty-seven-marker blood panel, organic-acids and heavy-metals screening, continuous WHOOP integration for sleep and recovery, body composition via DEXA where available, and an autonomic-nervous-system audit. Everything is interpreted by a multi-agent clinical council — biomarker, recovery, protocol, and outcome agents — and then sense-checked by a doctor before it ever reaches your portal.

Membership runs in ninety-day phases. Phase 01 is Identify. Phase 02 is Detox. Phase 03 is Intervene. Phase 04 is Optimise. Each phase compounds on the last. We do not chase a single number or a vanity protocol. We rebuild the operating system underneath it.

A common question: what does this actually cost a year, and what is included? The honest answer is that the entry-level membership starts at a level that filters most of the market out before they apply, and that everything inside — bloodwork, peptides, supplements, coaching, technology, dashboard, council reviews — is included in one number.
